Meet Lena McCoy, a driven professional who moved from Ukraine to the United States at the age of 18 with a passion for achieving the American Dream. After earning her Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Lena spent three years as an executive assistant to the VP of Sales for a large DFW Home Builder, where she played a key role in cutting costs and maximizing profits.

 

Lena's talent and experience soon led her to a Private Equity firm specializing in commercial real estate, asset and property management, where she worked for over seven years. With a solid foundation in real estate, Lena transitioned into residential real estate, partnering with Steven McCoy Real Estate to run the business while assisting buyers and sellers in achieving their dreams of homeownership.
